Excellently seller very fast replacement
My puzzle was faulty. The prices were all cut wrong and were broken. But because i was saving the puzzle to do on the Coronation weekend having brought it in March the return window had closed. I contacted the seller with a photo of the broken pieces. They replied within hours and a new perfect puzzle arrived within 3 days. Still time to complete the puzzle before the Coronation. New puzzle is excellent quality and I can't wait to finish it!

King Charles 3rd Puzzle.
Lovely jigsaw puzzle but there were 2 pieces missing. Have contacted Amazon who are getting hold of the maker. Waiting for a replacement.

A jigsaw fit for a King
Superb quality board/cut/colour, a great montage of photos of King Charles at various ages.An excellent puzzle and a great souvenir of history in the making.Gibsons quality is always excellent 👍

Quality lets it down
It’s a great jigsaw in terms of the picture, but I don’t think Gibsons jigsaws are as good quality as they used to me a few years ago.More of the pieces seem to be stuck or ‘locked’ together and can be easily damaged when you try to separate them.I’m all for recycling and reducing unnecessary packaging etc, but it’s a shame when efforts to be green lead to a reduction in quality and thus enjoyment.

Brilliant Puzzle!
Bought 2 of these fabulous puzzles to give as gifts to younger relatives as a memento of a very historic day. Great artwork & very well received. Highly recommended.

Poor quality...one star review!
This puzzle came in an open plastic bag and 17 puzzle pieces were missing.When my daughter reported this there was no offer of replacement.

Das Puzzle erreichte mich in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Die Abbildungen sind eine gelungene Auswahl aus King Charles' Leben und sorgfältig zu einem Gesamtkunstwerk arrangiert. Klasse!
