What a scam- seems to be going on on their direct web-site- BE CAREFUL
Same thing happened to me- so watch out when ordering directly from Klaudena--- The cushion will be checke dout and over time give a review- BUT rturns on their website are to Lithuania- could not cancel initial order- 4 cushions sent instea dof one..... and so on."Went to web site for Klaudena & tried to order Just One Unit but when I went to check out an order for 4 Units was processed & I was charged immediately for $94 instead of their 50% off on 1 item. Upon calling customer service, I was told that the CSR couldn't do the immediate credit & I must wait for the Warehouse to reduce the order & wait 24 to 48 hours for credit. Unacceptable Customer Service. Is this a credit card stealing scam ? I Fear ! Will I even get a good product ? Amazon has this vendor available So Beware Amazon buyers!! Klaudena May be a Scam ! So Watch Out when dealing with Klaudena's Direct Web Site ! 11-13 Update: I was emailed that a 'refund' for 3 units + shipping charge was being processed. It remains to be seen IF the actual refund is issued & I have not received the 4 units, I was told were 'shipped. Upon receipt of the product, & subsequent inspection, I will repost Amazon review If The Product is of Good Quality & If I do receive the credit on my statement. Stay Tuned ! Nice Product Gave me Credit for 3 units & Credit on Credit Card- MADE GOOD ON DEAL !".--- This is a going scam with Klaudena-- Return for credit to Lithuania??? Unbelievable. Just ordered a cushion on amazon- so I can warn other people.

I use it in my car while driving. It’s firm and cushions my tail bone while I drive.

It's cold in the winter
Takes a while to get heat from the heated seats but does not shrink like other cushions I like it very much.

For a wrangler jeep, Rubicon, which is used for off-road Ing the seats are not the greatest in cushioning, but this product has turned it all round and works very well
