Great tasting product. Great substitute for sports drinks. I just add to my water bottle or Yeti.

Got hooked on this during COVID and Safeway keeps running out of just this flavor, so it's easier and less expensive this way. Just have to store a few when buying a bunch at once. Makes drinking tons of water easier when bored with straight water. Especially as a diabetic - everything has sugar except this...

I really like the black cherry mio, that’s why I ordered the four pack. my daily drink, a little goes a long way

I use this product to make drinks by squirting a small amount into a glass filled with water and ice. Sometimes I stir the beverage with a stir stick, other times I swirl the glass. I call the resultant drink "Squirty JuiceWater" and/or Juicy SquirtWater" depending on my mood. I can't be sure, but I believe I may be the only person using it this way. If you try this at home, be careful. Sometimes a little splashes out and the red dots will stain contertops, skin and clothing. It dous make one wonder what it's doing to one's internal organs. But I believe it's worth the risk because I prefer lightly sweetened drinks and there just aren't many alternatives. Cherry Blackberry is the best flavor IMHO — some of the other MiO's taste aspartame-y. I can never seem to find this flavor locally, so I go directly to the place where it occurs naturally —an Amazon warehouse.
