Poor product
Poor value for money as the product just didn’t work as intended. It wouldn’t cut tiles accurately and chipped one of my tiles. I’d give this 0 if I could

Very good product
Takes a short while to figure out the setup but it is not exactly rocket science and once up and running, it works beautifully. If an amateur like me could use it successfully surely the professionals can too.I was working with 120cm long tiles so this was the best option for me (the other manual cutters at the local store were a max of 90cms and just as costly. I didn’t want to invest in an electric / motorised cutter). This comes in two parts as in the pictures - scorer and snapper. The scorer can be used to score (draw the cut line) up to any length of tile. I used it for 120cm tiles but technically there is no limit to it.The snapper has little rubber mats about 2 cms apart that can be used to apply GENTLE pressure to snap the tile. Applying sudden pressure (like with other manual cutters) seemed to crack the tile unevenly. But GENTLY did it every time for me - no exceptions.Couple of drawbacks though:1. You can’t do very narrow cuts - for example, if you wish to cut off anything less than say 2cm, this won’t work since the spacers on the snapper are wider than that. One can buy other snappers from BnQ or so to work with but I haven’t tried any since the need didn’t exist.2. The design is such that the scorer “rolls” along a tile edge and so the tile edge has to be smooth and even. This won’t work for unevenly edged tiles.3. To scour a cut line that is more than 60cm from one edge, use the opposite edge of the tile. This tool doesn’t work for tiles wider than 120cms.

The product is working perfectly but it lacks instructions for assembling it, I had to figure it all out by myself
