This puzzle is Ravensburger’s usual high quality; it has brilliant colors and was easy to assemble.

The pieces are thick and sturdy. This is a fun design to solve. Challenging, but not frustrating. The piece shapes are not uniform, which makes this a less frustrating puzzle to solve. There are fewer false fits. The picture design also helps because there is variation in the colors of the star field in the background. I’ve already solved this a few times. It is interesting enough to not get boring, without being so difficult that it isn’t fun to solve.

These pieces are large and the colors are vivid. Nice puzzle.

The media could not be loaded.  I rate puzzles based on several things:1) A beautifully realistic picture to be put back together.2) A colorful design.3) Sturdy, clickable pieces that interlock well with one another.4) No missing pieces5) A detailed preview picture of the puzzle to verify that it’s being put together correctly, to determine which colors go where, etc. This means that the puzzle box with the jigsaw picture (unless the puzzle comes with an inside-box photo) must be as sturdy as the pieces. Also, the box is useful to maintain the puzzle pieces.6) Isn’t TOO complicated - doesn’t take TOO long to put together.7) No dust particles - this is a big one for me, since dust takes the quality of the entire puzzle down in my opinion.Here's the good: All the pieces were sturdy, and the colors were outstandingly gorgeous. I've purchased several Ravensburger puzzles and they have always been reliably of the same high quality. Though Ravensburger has almost all of the above excellencies required, I do not prefer this brand because the pieces all resemble one another in cut, as the closeup of the pieces shows. This makes the puzzle confusing to assemble. As I was putting this together, I would often link a piece that would fit perfectly, only to find that it didn't belong there after trying to link the next piece. This happened so often that I came to expect it. That is why I gave this 4/5 stars and have not bought a second Ravensburger puzzle yet. That is not to say that I never will again, but this is not my favorite brand by any means.

This was my first ravensburger puzzle and it wont be the last I buy. Everything about the puzzle is quality and I enjoyed it.

Another 500 piece large format Ravensburger puzzle. Bright sturdy colorful pieces that were all intact. We didn’t find it to be very difficult. Believe it would make a nice gift particularly for younger students.

This is a great puzzle. It’s got lots of colors and the writing also gives clues for placement as well. The pieces are larger too, so easy to handle, and they fit together very precisely. And it’s the solar system, which is really fun. One of my absolute favorite puzzles ever, and I’ve done a lot 😆
