Missing puzzle pieces replaced.
Because the plastic bag (inside the box) holding the puzzle pieces was already open when it arrived, I’m not surprised two pieces are missing. Anyway, I contacted Meryi and got a response within the hour. Meryi said a new puzzle will be sent to me without charge. I really didn't expect that since I received the puzzle well over a month ago. Now that's customer service the way it used to be.As for the quality of the puzzle it is very good and I will happy to hang it on a wall in my house.And will I buy from Meryi again? Yes, and I would recommend Meryi to anyone.

A Christmas gift
This was the perfect gift for someone that is from the UK and loves a challenging puzzle. I do not believe he has started it yet, but I expect he will love the finished puzzle as well as the difficulty level. Lots of shades of grey in this one!!!

Nice quality, difficult puzzle
I worked on it here and there when I wanted and had time. It is a difficult puzzle, but it was very fun. Many times I swore they left out a piece, but all of them were there! lol

Puzzle picture on box was not same as in the box. Got Replacement but was missing 2 pieces.
I really liked and enjoyed doing this puzzle. When I received this puzzle from Amazon the picture on front of box didn't match the pieces in the box. Sent it back for an exchange. After I finished the puzzle, 2 pieces of were missing. Just about every puzzle except one this past year I bought from Amazon (from different companies had puzzle pieces missing (from 2 6 pieces). Really disappointing.

Beautiful puzzle
Puzzle, delivery, great. Please consider using cardboard boxes for shipping. The mailer envelope did not protect the puzzlebox enough from the pressure of being stacked during transport. Thank you for a lovely puzzle at a good price, and speedy delivery.

Made well, but beware - this is hard and time consuming and strangely addictive.
A very nice jigsaw puzzle - just make sure you're willing to spend the time! Very hard, with slow progress.
