I suffer from neck issues due to a car accident. I feed support but always finding firm pillows hurt my head/ear. This is the softest most supportive pillow I've found so far!

No odors, comes with very soft cover and appears high quality. My only issue is that it is very firm—maybe it will be softer in warmer months. Perfect for back sleepers, takes getting used to for side sleepers, too stiff for stomach sleepers unless you want to correct your posture!

My husband and I each got one and his is firmer than mine is. Kinda weird but it’s still comfortable to sleep on. I was looking for a firm pillow like his since I have neck issues but it hasn’t made my neck pain any worse so I guess it will do!

Received one pillow as a Christmas present that is nice and firm so bought a 2nd one for my husband and that one did not firm up at all. They honestly feel like 2 completely different pillows and not as satisfied with the one I purchased compared to the one I received.

I purchased this same product in standard size for my son. We loved it so much that I purchased it in a king size for myself. This was a mistake, as it is too hard to be labeled as a pillow. I have been trying to use it as a pillow for many months, thinking that it may soften up. It is the same as sleeping on a brick. It is not at all comfortable, and I end up with headaches. I am extremely disappointed with this product, and wish I had not purchased it.

Vaverto seriously has the best pillows out of a batch of 14 other different models I have tried in the last 3 months. I kept only this one here and their other offering which has "soft" in the title, which is indeed more mellow. This one here is to me on a scale of 1 to 5 would be "2" for firmness level where there is still the support that you would expect or maybe desire from memory foam but that will still sink around you making it very comfortable.Their other offering named"Vaverto Ultra Luxury Soft Memory Foam Pillow - King Size - with Breathable Modal Cover for Ultimate Comfort and Support Standard Ventilated Design with Removable Bed Pillow Cover"Is the one I personally prefer which is more mellow and sinks a lot with a bit less of support, the foam itself will fold very easily as you lift the pillow in your hands.I was also greeted with a petroleum-like smell with both pillows when I got them out like some others stated. What I did is I took out the cover off to expose the foam as soon as I took it off the plastic wrapping and let the foam air dry 2-3 days in front of a ventilator and washed the cover in a baking soda/detergent mixture then tumble dry low it. Everything was golden after. We both love our pillows and we exchange them often.Easily recommended.

I ordered 2 king size pillows.One of them was packaged nicely with plastic covering the pillow. The other one had no plastic cover on pillow and it had been squished into box and taped closed.The new pillow is nice and soft, the used one is much more firm.Update, the company reached out to me and are sending me a new pillow free of charge.Great customer service
