As a diabetic, it’s hard to find clean packets to add to water to increase water intake. I’m glad this has no color dye. It’s very easy to mix in cold water. It also isn’t overpowering with the flavor so it’s just a hint of fruit flavor and yet not tiring. I am mindful of the magnesium and potassium and sodium that’s in it so I don’t go overboard daily. But it’s very effective in helping me drink water and not get bored with the bland taste of water the great price for as many packets as you get and I’ll be ordering more soon.
