Zero issues to date. Very very great value. Just keep the paper away from heat and don’t store your papers on the dash or it will get burnt. Other than that it’s very easy to use, I love how portable it is and the quality is good. It prints in black and white only as far as I know. I’ve read people said they used color but it’s an all black thermal printer from my experience

So easy to setup, works pefectly with my phone and mobile apps. Able to print things, even when in a random location which is helpful for a remote worker. Quality of print is great, with a clean, crisp image. Stylish and modern looking too! love it:)

My bf owns his own Trucking company, so he has to be able to print. A lot of places will not allow you to (places for big trucks) to print etc, they may get you to fax it but that's it. Well, came across this searching for a way for him to be able to print. The set up was easy! After the fact of setting up depending on your phone, you may just be able to click the page you need printed and click the app icon or you have to import it into the app to be able to print. It will be one way or the other again depending on the phone. Now with that being said, after not using it for a week (maybe a little less),I went to use his printer bc I took it with me on the road that day, anyways it stated I needed to reconnect with the printer so now I have 4 PERIGO icon things that pop up when I need to print. I sometimes don't know which to click on so I'll click on 1-4 if needed until it tells me I clicked the correct one & starts printing. That's the only downfall otherwise it's a great printer. I am unsure how to take the other icons off therefore I have 4 of them now. Hoping I really don't have to add anymore lol. Anyways, you do NOT need wifi to use this printer. So even if you're doing personal or business and wanted a printer if you're traveling this is a great idea!

Got Virus as soon as I tried to instal . My company forbidden to use due to high risk. Lost my money as I couldn’t try before so I Ouldnt return or get the guarantee. Still receiving phishing in Chinese even I have uninstalled

After getting married, I embarked on the harrowing journey of changing my last name - a process requiring a printed copy of every document I’ve ever owned (and probably some that don’t exist).I had an 8 AM DMV appointment, woke up at 6:15, and realized I needed a mountain of prints. Sent them to CVS. Arrived at CVS. Printer was broken (classic). It was 7:30. Panic set in. I sped 20 minutes to my office, printed the docs, arrived late to the DMV, and had plenty of time to browse Amazon while waiting for my new appointment. That’s when I bought this printer.Is it the best printer? Absolutely not. Will it save you from a last-minute bureaucratic nightmare? Yes. It’s small, fits in a closet, and will get you through basic prints in a pinch. The ink quality is meh, and the paper curls up like it just woke from a nap—but when the alternative is a DMV-induced breakdown, it’s worth every penny.Would buy again, but mostly out of trauma.

Started using this 2+ months ago when I picked up a new product line. Very mobile, prints great, working with the app took some getting used to but does the job. Love how it holds rolled up paper inside for true On-The-Go mobility. Not like the other portables where you feed paper one at a time. A roll will last me 1.5-2 wks. It got my side biz up and running. Only flaw I’ve noticed (with the app) is I can’t change/correct an invoice I already printed. The app shows the change but will not print the correction

I enjoy the convenience. But I’m having hard time finding replacement paper.

It has been many years since I have owned a printer and this one fits me perfectly. I like the no ink, easy loading paper and it was super easy to pair with my devices. I also bought the digital highlighter, Dictionary, translation pen and it works great together. A big thing for me is simplicity. With simplicity there is less chance for malfunction on either my part or the device. The battery lasts for a very long time and the paper seems to last as well. I bought a bunch more paper for it and still haven't used the full roll that it can with. I showed my boss and his first thought was that the paper was expensive but isn't. It is light and has many options on the app that allows for various paper sizes and how dark or light you want the copies to be. For the cost I would say this is a far better option than an inkjet printer
