Bought as Birthday gift and very well received.Had to watch a tutorial video to get the hang of it.Once sorted, it makes such cute badges!Does need a useful deep storage tray for the thousands of pieces it needs to make the badges.My 8 year old Grandaughter loves it.

I honestly do wish it turned out better. If you’re using the machine just for fun then it might be okay but not for professional use.I’ve made a lot of pins with it but never managed to get them looking circular. I had to get someone to take apart and reattach all pieces together to get it to work better and even file down a broken piece to it, honestly would be better spending the extra money for another.The other reason is the customer service. It’s a product sold by Costway through Amazon, and when you go to ask a question, Amazon tells you to contact them. But if you go directly to Costway, they tell you they can’t help you as you bought through Amazon. I’ve emailed 6 times and they have an auto-reply for the messages, and won’t provide any information other than to contact Amazon. This applies for getting a refund and asking questions about how to use the machine. It’s slightly disappointing as it seems like a scam by providing you with broken machinery and then not allowing refunds.:(
