good product, ordered it because it was not available locally (not sure why) I'll keep using it and buying it as needed

The pandemic has given me lots of time for bread-making and I’ve baked a lot of it over the past year. I am almost 68 years old and made bread with bread flour for the first time in my life! The bread was so nice and firm, much nicer than the bread I’ve made with all purpose flour. I also weighed the flour which I think made difference and is something I’ll continue to do. I would not hesitate to buy this again and would also recommend it to anyone who makes their own bread and hasn’t yet tried using bread flour.

This was a little bit pricey, but it has been impossible to find King Arthur flour in stores and it's been sold out online for a long time, so it was worth it to me. This is hands down the best bread flour I've ever used and once I started baking with it it's felt impossible to go back to using regular bread flour. The bags that arrived to have an expiration date that's a year away, so I have plenty of time to use them.

If you want to bake your own bread, this is absolutely the best flour. Now, health-wise it is not. There are two ways to bake bread, the fast or the slow way. Slow, you might get away with all purpose and acceptable results. The high gluten content in this flour will produce absolutely great results and is perfect for bread, if you can handle it. Still, trying to figure out what "thickness" means in the rating section, though.

This is the only flour I used for bread making. It is well priced and delivery is so convenient.
