Let me preface this review by saying that white rice and I have never been the best of friends. But when cilantro and lime tag along, well, consider me RSVP'd to the flavor fiesta! Enter Zatarain's Family Size Cilantro Lime Rice, a truly delish 15 oz package that was a game-changer for my taste buds.The first bite was like a culinary teleportation to "Palate Lime Land" – a delightful fusion where every grain is infused with the refreshing zing of lime, perfectly complemented by cilantro's herby goodness. I mean, I wasn’t just eating rice; I was having a vibrant, citrusy celebration in my mouth.Zatarain's somehow managed to take a simple side dish and elevate it to a starring role on my dinner plate. It's that pop of flavor that makes you nod appreciatively and say, "Wow, who invited this rice to the party, and can they come again?"For a cilantro enthusiast like myself, this dish is a dream come true. Easy to make and delicious.

Easy to make, great taste!

This is a family size package and arrived bent out of shape so not easy to store. I prefer the smaller package. The contents are excellent. Light flavor with touch of lime, makes a good side for many meals and it is easy to add other chopped food in to make a main dish. Excellent.

Face it, Zatarain's makes a number of great products. I've found that for boxed, packaged rice (and their rice and bean combos as well) these are a notch above the rest. The Cilantro Lime is no exception. It hits on all cylinders....flavor, ease of preparation and perfect consistency. The rice finishes fluffy, not gooey and fully cooked. It has the right hint of flavor and compliments fish and Latin foods perfectly. A side note here, this product is not high in sodium like so many others. In my area the Cilantro Rice is difficult to find. Ordering a case on Amazon is my go to. Cheaper than the grocery stores and delivered right to my door the next day.

Overkill on the cilantro seasoning and I love cilantro so trust when I sY its too strong and killed my appetite.
