I have been using this creatine for years now and its great. No taste, dissolves quickly, really no complaints at all. Results are practically immediate with water retention and strength max output in the gym and rock climbing. Very useful in large doses if I am under slept. There is new data emerging that creatine is useful for sleep deprivation and I can tell you that my mental alertness is as if I have gotten great sleep every time I take this. I take 5 grams per day minimum and 10-15 grams on days I didn't get as much rest as I should have.

No aftertaste and a great price. This is my third or fourth container. Creatine doesn’t dissolve well in cold water so I use a n 12 oz glass and stir before drinking. Definitely recommend
