It looks good. When I try to use it the first time the weight of the car twist the arm of the jack.
My first time using it, the jack wasn’t strong enough to lift the car, and it have a dent and the jack arm

Strong lift jack.
Came with two ways to power this jack. Cigarette lighter socket or battery cables. Slow and strong lift.Remote cable control. Easy to use. Long cord to reach battery. Stable. Good reflective vest. Gloves, etc.good value for the money.

So far it works well, so far I haven't had to use it on anything to heavy but did work well using a weighted item.

Broke on first use
Was hoping to like this. Used this to change rotors on my sons car. Everything started out ok but and lifted the car as needed. When I went to let the car down and didn’t work. Tried to use the emergency release and did not work. Had to use another jack to get this one out from under the car.UPDATE: OK they gave me a refund after this last review and made me whole again. I really don’t like giving negative reviews and usually just chalk it up to me not doing my due diligence when I’m looking through reviews for my purchase. I may have just received a lemon on this purchase. The concept is great and it has plenty of lifting power. The product seems to be well built and heavy duty so I will just say that maybe mine not working correctly was just a rare instance . I will move my rating to 4 stars because customer service did eventually make this right. This is review is a combination of the product and customer service

Funny Story.....
The jack that came in my 2011 Ford Fiesta was frozen into the spare tire area in my car. You read that right - due to some BS issue with Fiestas, when driving in water - it somehow leaks into the spare tire well. The tire and jack were frozen in and I unfortunately had a flat in the middle of winter. I wasn't looking for a powered one - but this was the best priced and had some good reviews - so opted for it. Great working, easy to use. make sure the cord is close to a cigarette lighter adapter or its not gonna work.
