I ordered this to replace my old storage in the store room. The narration mentioned heavy duty however it’s no way close to heavy duty. Issues -1. Look wise it’s good but the metal is very thin.2. Received a dented product that too at the corner which affects the rigidity of the product3. Locking mechanism is open from the inside. I have never seen open lock mechanism. This can easily be damaged if there is something obstructing the way inside the storage4. Usually metal cupboards have the back in one piece giving it strength. On this one the metal was two parts which is no way suitable for such storage units.Now on the delivery front, I had ordered Amazon service with installation which included instant return if not found suitable or damaged. Here the problem was delivery team said we are here only to deliver and cannot take back. For that I have to contact customer service. This was absolutely the opposite of what I paid for.Contacting Amazon customer service was really painful. I was on call with them for 45 mins explaining the problem and they transferring me from one person to another. Finally the last person who came on call said they will pick up the product same day but no one turned up. At night I again contacted customer service and they said the pick was scheduled for next day (which means the person whom I spoke before had lied to me). Finally next day after one more follow up they picked up the order.The problem was I received a cheap and defective product. Plus the additional service which I had paid for was not provided. Plus they left such a big storage unit at my home creating enough hassle. My house looked like a mess during that time and imagine with toddler around it becomes quite dangerous.Amazon needs to meet the service standards they charge customers for and their customer service shouldn’t tell lies.Very disappointed with Amazon as well as the product

This is my first time from amazon to purchase furniture item, i was confused before I ordered the kitchen cabinet, if its already installed or not, how the product turns to me from online, but thanks to Amazon customer care helped me out with my queries for product, rigid company product is nice i loved the cabinet, perfect for my kitchen, the measurements are perfectly defined, i would highly recommend this items from rigid company, but only drawback I would like to inform is, the shelves werent assembled, they provided with holders to be fixed ourselves, the cabinet was delivered in fully packed safely on time. The handyman charges were by Amazon, i appreciate this gesture from amazon. Thank you for making the shipping very easy online. Amazon.

Recently bought that cabinet it is very good and like past 10 years I was using wooden one and this is entirely different. It’s very heavy quality. We can keep so many stuff and we can keep so many stuff on the top so for my side I feel so up and five star and super nice would have direct Call Center I can give you a very good obsession for that quality. Thank you so much.

Platform is not stable also one sliding door issue

Good quality and shelves are adjustableThe only issue the catalog printed is not clear at all and waist ur time to assemble the partsAssembly is easy but u need to figure out every part in the right placeI have ordered 2 units, first one took me 2 hours to understand how to fix it, second one i fixed it in 10 min 😅👌
