Heavier than I thought for fine china.
They are a nice size and nice looking. However, I expected them to be lighter and thinner than they are, being as they are described as bone china. Unfortunately, the first time I used one, as I poured boiling water in, it split! Dangerous.

I ordered these mugs because I wanted bone china, which is lightweight. These are quite thick and feel more like simple china, nothing fine about them! Disappointed.
