Appearance and effectiveness
Have to brag a bit. I am 84 years old and have been using this eye cream for several years now and it has been all I have ever needed for my really baggy eyes. In all this time, I have had only one issue…a tube arrived without the little spout. Easy enough to fix…I took the spout off an empty tube, and it fit perfectly. The product is truly what it claims. I have two suggestions for application. It works better if you use moisturizer before you apply it, and if you’re in a hurry, use a small hand held fan to help in the drying process. I have noticed that it tends to set even better after about 10 minutes after application, although the 2 minutes suggested gives immediate results. The last time I purchased it, I bought the larger size.Very effective and comfortableAppearance:Very effective and easy to applyWhy did you pick this product vs others?:Ickes for effectiveness and my appearance

Works well for a great price
I’ve tried similar products but have found the LPH Labs eye tightening cream to be the best for me…with the added bonus that it’s a good price. Some creams have a thick consistency, but this one is lightweight and creamy and goes on easily. Some creams tighten too much, pulling down the lower eyelid…this one is just right for me.One of the tricks to applying is to make sure it’s evenly distributed across the under eye. So after washing and drying the face, I first dab it on, then I rub back-and-forth multiple times (ending with an outward stroke) to make sure no areas have a thicker application than others (causing an uneven tightening effect.) Then I lightly dab the outer edges to make sure it blends out into the skin. Then I moisturize my face, avoiding the eye area, but lightly pat the moisturizer into the outer edges of the applied eye cream. So there you go…maybe this will help some of you. It may take a little practice, and experimenting with the amount to use to get it just right for you.Note that any eye tightening cream you use (even the expensive ones) will crack or get chalky if you pull on your face, rub your eyes, or make big facial expressions. But using a damp finger or cotton swab can do a good job of repairing this.

Eye lift
LPH Lab eye tightener works really well. It is only a temporary, for the day. This Eye Tightener is known for delivering quick, visible tightening effects around the eyes — especially for reducing the appearance of puffiness, fine lines, and under-eye bags. It's often praised for giving a smoother, more lifted look shortly after application.

Disappointed
The product comes out of the tube as a serum but as it is patted onto the under eye area it feels like and has the consistency of egg white. I could feel it tightening my under eye bags - but when I looked in the mirror, no change. As it dried the skin was tightening, but also felt very dry. There was no suggestions for applying moisturizer afterwards. As the day went on, it started flaking off. Works no better or worse than any of the many other products that have failed my under eye bags.

It really works
I have used another tightening cream, more expensive, but this one is better, for many reasons. I am 77 and have really severe eye bags - see my 1st photo. In that photo, I have no makeup on whatsoever. The other 2 photos are after I applied makeup and also LPH LAB eye cream. Even though it says to apply it to a clean face, I don’t do that. I first applied ROC Multi Correxion eye cream to my eyes, including over my bags. Then I applied Celdyque Niacinamide all over my face and let it rest a bit. Then I applied La Roche-Posay Anthelios Light Fluid Sunscreen Tinted Mineral everywhere on my face, including my bags (I have had Mohs surgery on my nose and so I ALWAYS wear a mineral sunblock - it’s actually like a foundation, but lighter) while waiting for the tinted sunscreen to sort of “set” I finished doing my eyes, eyebrows and a bit of concealer on spots. I then gently wiped my bags with a tissue to remove excess, and applied LPH eye cream. Here is where you must experiment and practice a bit to get it right. If you don’t apply it to the “gully” under the bags, it won’t work as well. But you have to practice to add the right amount so you don’t have a ripple effect under the bags. As I said, practice, practice, practice. The beauty of this product compared to others I have tried, is that after you have applied it……if you need more, just add more on top of what you have already applied, instead of cleaning the whole thing off and starting over. One thing I have noticed, however, is that after about 5 hours, it starts to show little crack lines, unless you use only a small amount……which doesn’t work for me because my bags are huge.
