Cuisinart CTG-00-DPW Dual Head Wheel Pastry Roller, Stainless Steel

Bought this to cut rolled cookie dough. Worked much better than using a knife. Cleaned easily.

This is a pretty kitchen tool that feels really solid and well built. I used it to make lattice and braids for pie crusts. The blades are SUPER sharp—I always roll my crusts out on wax paper, and this cut through the crust AND the paper with hardly any pressure. It says it’s dishwasher safe although they recommend hand washing… mine went through the dishwasher with no problems.

Bought as I am making a lot of homemade pastries and crackers now. This works great! I love it!

I really love this pin wheel. It cuts the pastry easily and the design is great. The instrument is very sturdy.

Unlike many of the pastry rollers available, this one has a smooth, fully stainless steel design that makes it easy to clean and won't warp/discolor (unlike the wooden handle ones). The dual head is convenient for different types of cutting, and although the zigzag pattern is subtle, it's definitely visible. So far, I've used this for ravioli and crackers.

It's a plain and decorative cutter. It's NOT a crimper, which requires a wide head. That said it was a terrific deal - probably not to be repeated. The construction seems great, and I am looking forward to using it to make my first scratch pies of every kind. :)

I use this for ravioli. Empanadas. Works great gives me a good seal on the pasta

Cuts my prep time by a very good amount, so instead of using a knife to make cuts in my pasta or my pastry dough, I use this and it saves on time. The cuts are clean and sharp. This is a handy tool if you work with dough.
