Surprisingly fun
I like practical gadgets like this. It's nice to always have a ruler with you, and maybe a screwdriver and bottle opener also. But what's unique here, is an element added to the pen specifically for the purpose of fidgeting. I wasn't expecting much, but it's surprisingly addicting. When the pen is laying on my desk I just wanna pick it up and spin it.I got the silver color, and the pen feels good in the hands. The nice aluminum finish feels nice.Writing with the pen doesn't feel amazing. The ball-point pen feels like an extremely generic ball-point pen, nothing smooth or juicy. Just bog-standard. Which is fine. I'm hoping I can find some interesting replacement cartridges, or make my own someday. The only part that's kinda cross is opening up the pen body to use the bottle openers or the wrench. Unscrewing the body of the pen feels extremely "crusty" like the screw-threads are filled with sand. You can do it, and it works, it's just not smoooo0000thhh. So it feels pretty crusty.Overall, however, at the time of writing the price is around thirteen dollars. So with the price in mind, this is pretty great. Just for the:rulerfidget spinnerscrewdriversIt's worth it alone. I can look past the crustiness, and it does feel great in the hand.

A Great Attempt to Design a Multitool Pen With One Minor Flaw
As a mechanical engineer, this multitool fidget pen caught my eye. I have seen these types of products done before, but often are built cheap with not much value for daily use. Right out of the box, I could tell this pen was built with some quality and it comes with some decent weight with the aluminum and metal that makes up most of this pen.First, the pen writes well as you can see. I would say it's clearly above average for a ballpoint pen in terms of line thickness and smoothness. As for the multi-tool part, some of the tools make sense. I definitely like the ruler both in inches and centimeters. That comes in handy for my job. I also like the screwdriver as that can come in handy for smaller items. Some of the other tools just don't make much sense to me. There is a listed phone holder on the extra part. The other thing that makes no sense is that this second internal piece has to swap out with the other internal piece. So it's not really a 14 in 1 pen in my opinion if you need to swap out parts. Obviously some of the other tools can come in handy if you really have no other option like the bottle opener or the hook remover. I am not sure what the massage decompressor is for though. The reason I can only give it 4 stars is it feels like I'm writing with a magic marker. The diameter of the pen is slightly too big. And because it isn't rounded like a thick fountain pen might be, writing or taking notes with this pen just doesn't make sense. It's definitely cool to bring into the office for meetings though as coworkers will probably want to see it and pass it around.

It's large
I was surprised by the size of the pen- it's quite large - "chunky" I'd call it. It's approximately half an inch wide. After reading the instructions and playing around a little- I was able to figure out how to open the various parts of the pen to use the tools. All seems to work as expected. The thread on the screwed in parts is a little weird and not easy to get back into place- but once you do it screws in correctly. It comes with an extra multi-tool blade that you can replace the one in the pen with. It contains a supposed bottle opener and can opener- but neither look like they can do what is needed. Neither of the multi-tool blades seem to be overly useful except for possibly the hexagonal wrench part and maybe the screwdriver- it has both a phillips head and a flat head. Not very large, but I didn't expect them to be big in a pen anyway. It came with two ink refills, which is nice.

Neat little multi pen for your desk!
This thing is neat! its got a few interchangeable pieces, and the pen itself is a ruler. Aside from the tiny screwdrivers on the end, I haven't had a reason to use any of this pen in day to day activities, but im sure this would make a fun novelty gift for an older kid to have in their desk cup. There is something akin to a blade on one of the swap-able attachments, so if you were to give it to a younger one id remove that part first, but overall cool novelty item!
