Driving me crazy
I was excited when I got it. This is my very first. When I got it, it had backing on it and the sides were hemmed. It looked great.However, 3 rows in, the canvas and pattern began to differ. I started counting the rows of the canvas. There are 76. I counted multiple tines. The pattern says there should be 80. The pattern also says that if it is different, refer to the canvas. How can I do that when there are some lines that are half one color and half another? When the two next to each other are both the same 2 colors, which do I choose? I was so excited for this....

An unexpected teen crafting hit
Got this for my teen daughter who likes wolves more as a fun trip down memory lane for myself since I did a bunch of these as a kid. To my surprise she really took to it and says it's a fun relaxing way to unwind for her. Progress goes fast so its a satisfying craft. Easy to do, once she figured out how to use the hook she was off and running with it. She's almost done after just a few weeks of working sporadically but methodically on it.

Great For Beginners
I was looking for simple crafts for my elderly mother and really liked this kit. The kit comes in a nice plastic case that will allow her to keep everything together. The yarn is clearly labeled with a letter that easily ties back to the instructions provided. The canvas is clearly printed making it easy to see the distinction in the colors. The canvas also has a backing that will further protect the completed project. The only thing that wasn't easy to follow was how to actually do the stitch, but a quick google search cleared it up for me. This is a perfect kit for a beginner and my mother is looking forward to working on it.

Incomplete and poor quality
Kit was missing the hook tool. Also the yarn was too short or the holes too big - yarn didn't stay very well. Was disappointing.
