delivered very quickly and exactly as described. i used to have a Tom Tom one and found this great at the time but needed an upgrade.Tom Tom my drive and software set up can be a pain, but is simple once on your laptop or PC.i have been used to lost signals on Sat Nav's and this one is no worse and in fact is slightly better.it does exactly what it say's on the tin and the new design of software and use is fantastic and simple to use.if you want a no nonsense Sat Nav that is easy to use then Tom Tom provides.

This sat nav is well worth the money and works perfectly.Some reviewer's said they can't get a signal and the like. It took me just a few minutes to set it up, which is piece of cake and I am over 70.You can set it to turn on automatically as soon as you start the engine and turn of soon as you turn the engine off.

Good,servisable sat nav. Had difficulty activating the voice function - the set-up is a bit clunky.

I bought this as a present for my dad and he uses it all the time for work and travelling around the country. It’s quick and easy to find address and locations. The interface is very easy to use and understand. It has alerts for speed cameras and monitors your speed so is an all round great tool to use on long drives.

Basic unit that works well but is now replaced with Waze on my phone as it kept losing my position.

I bought this to replace an old TomTom One but was VERY disappointed with it. I fully updated the device before taking it on a test drive, when after 40 minutes (!) it still had not connected to a GPS signal. I switched the device on and off at that point, and the map eventually came on - however it kept freezing and the colours kept changing. In a word it was useless!I contacted the TomTom helpline and was advised that the device probably needed to be switched into "recovery" as it had may not have installed all the files when I initially registered/updated it. I was sent a link and followed the instructions BUT the device would not go into recovery mode after about 10 attempts. On the last attempt it blanked out completely, the display totally disappeared and it would not switch on or off.I emailed TomTom again and was told it must be faulty and needed repair - remember this is a BRAND NEW product which supposedly worksstraight from the box. At this point I decided enough was enough and returned the product to Amazon for a refund!

Good Basic Sat Nav, Good clear voices ,Lane assist And The BIG BONUS Lifetime map updates,Easy map update and added my old POIs , Very fast sat fix ,Never like the standard tom tom mounts,So i use with a Car model specific Brodit Bracket which is a perfect match for this, Very pleased with this Sat Nav
