Great barbell bar weights a good decent amount is the right size

Bar works for me
For the price, it's a decent bar that works for my daily strength trainings needs. I'm not hard core but do like to lift some serious weight. I haven't noticed any difference in using the 6' versus 7' at the gym.

I have changed my rating to 5-star because of the excellent quality of this barbell, and prompt customer service - after I was unable to open the cap on ends. There were hidden clips inside the cap not seen in the light condition of my garage at night. Anyway, I made suggestion to the seller in hope of making it easier for future buyers.
