Worked perfectly first time
I bought this with little hope that it would help. I had spilled a large quantity of red wine on a new bright orange t-shirt that I really like. I put it through a normal wash, but the stains were still very visible. I thought the facts that I'd not treated it straight away, and that I'd then washed it normally meant that the stains would never come out and the t-shirt was ruined. I picked this product because they offer different products for different stains. I'm no chemist, but that seemed promising. All the same, I expected to be disappointed. The only part of the instructions that I ignored was the recommendation to do a spot check on an inconspicuous part of the garment. I skipped that because the nature of the stain was such that if the product either didn't remove the stain or if it affected the unstained areas, then the t-shirt was headed for the bin. Other than skipping the spot check, I followed the instructions to the letter. When the tee was still wet, I couldn't be sure it had worked, although it looked promising. Once the tee dried, all signs of the stain were completely gone, and the tee-shirt looked as good as new. I'm very, very impressed. If I ever encounter a difficult stain in future, I know what my first port of call will be.

Brilliant, works a treat!
Bought a one off design linen dress and had someone spill organic red wine on me by accident. Even though I had the dress off within a couple of minutes and soaking in cold water the wine stained so badly. I wrung the dress out, then tried, white wine, soda water, bicarbonate of soda, clear spirits (gin/vodka) and the stains were still strong. Two washes at home with some gentle soap and a rub of soap on the stained areas and they were still visible. This Stain Devils product was a last resort and as soon as it arrived it was applied to the now two day old wine stains. Following the instructions I dampened the stained areas and applied the powder from the bottle, carefully onto each wine spot, it fizzes very slightly on contact. I left it for about 20 minutes then plunged the whole dress into a sink of cold water with the Stain Devils still on it for a further 10-20 minutes. Then placed it in the washing machine for a quick 15 minute 30 degree cycle with some non bio detergent, and a light spin. Stains gone! I will be keeping a bottle of this to hand now, its a brand I know from my childhood and it clearly does what it says with no damage to fabrics in the process.

Great stain remover
Great for removing stains. Works on most stain types. The only one that is stubborn is pen ink on kids school uniform.

powder, not liquid
1 star is because the vendor should specify if the stain remover comes in powder or liquid form. liquids are much easier to use and more efficient. powder is a waste of time and money. bought a few for differnet types of stains - some came as powder and some as liquid.

Success!
Removed a coffee stain from an expensive white shirt. I had previously tried several other stain removers with no success. Happy to recommend.

A life saver for my sofa!
Some frozen berries leaked onto my wool designer sofa over night (I forgot they were in the bag) - I tried using the fax fabric cleaner with no luck… I bought this with same day delivery - sprinkled on and left for 2 hours, when I vacuumed off- the deep purple stain was completely removed! Over the moon! My sofa is dark grey and no colour was removed or tainted. Love love love this product

This product is the absolute best for stain removal. You need to follow instructions carefully, but it removes almost every possible stain. I am not sure why it costs more than in European grocery stores and why it is not more common or popular, but it definitely should be more popular and it is totally worth it.

It help me with the stain of red vine, I try before all lifehucks but it doesn’t help me, so I ordered this product in Amazon and wait it for about 2 days, to be honest I don’t believe that it helps, but it was like miracle, I put it only for 1 minutes and it’s no stains anymore
