love it
Flying an RC plane through the air is a thrilling and educational experience that combines the principles of aerodynamics with the excitement of remote-controlled aviation. At its core, the flight of an RC plane is governed by the same physical forces that affect full-sized aircraft: lift, weight, thrust, and drag. Lift is generated by the plane's wings as air flows over them, creating a pressure difference that allows the plane to rise. Thrust is provided by the plane's motor and propeller, pushing it forward through the air. Weight, or gravity, pulls the plane downward, while drag, the resistance of air against the plane's surfaces, works to slow it down. The fun of flying an RC plane comes not only from the technical challenge but also from the sense of control and accomplishment. Pilots must master the use of the remote control, which manipulates the plane's ailerons, elevators, and rudder to steer and stabilize the aircraft. This requires a good understanding of how each control surface affects the plane's movement. For example, the ailerons control roll, the elevators control pitch, and the rudder controls yaw. Successfully coordinating these controls to perform maneuvers, such as loops, rolls, and inverted flight, can be incredibly satisfying. Moreover, flying RC planes can be a social activity, often enjoyed in clubs or groups. Enthusiasts gather to share tips, showcase their planes, and even engage in friendly competitions. These events foster a sense of community and provide opportunities to learn from more experienced pilots. Additionally, the hobby offers a creative outlet, as many pilots take pride in building and customizing their planes, experimenting with different designs and paint schemes to create unique flying machines.

Super Easy. Super Fun. Super Tough.
The media could not be loaded. Assembly is easy and requires fitting 4 parts to the fuselage and then sticking the LED light strip to it (the vendor wrapped theirs around the front and I installed mine along the bottom). The most complicated part of the assembly is understanding that the propeller will be pushing the plane so you need to pay attention to rotation. The engine rotates counterclockwise (looking from the tail) so the propeller must be installed with this in mind (picture shows this).Note the power button will run the engine for either 15, or 20, seconds depending on if you short or long press it. This is where the vendor indicates 40+ flights. I did not test until my battery was dead but for the handful of flights I conducted it worked fine and recharged quickly.First flights were a little disappointing. The plane banked sharply left and nosed dived into a concrete parking lot. It hit hard and essentially just bounced off the concrete and tried to take off again. Absolutely no damage to the plane.I took a step back and though about what to do. First you want to make sure the plane flies in wide circles. You do this by bending the back part of the fuselage. Once you are sure this will fly in a wide circle you can address any banking issues like I had by bending the outside back of the upper wing (in other words if the plane is banking to the left bend the outside back of the right wing up a bit). Once I did this my plane flew great. In fact the day I flew mine it was slightly windy and even though I was as far upwind at a school I thought it might be gone (as in someone's back yard).Overall based on ease of assembly, ease of flight, ease of adjustment and toughness I'd rate this 5+ stars. You even get an extra propeller just in case.Just be aware small kids will still need an adult to help because the propeller spins at a pretty good clip.

Great Value
When I was a kid,we had balsa wood airplanes, with rubber band driven propellers. Now you have rechargeable battery powered airplanes, with lights. In my opinion, for the price, this is a great toy. It takes some some trial and error on how throw it, and how you adjust the flight surfaces. Eventually we got it to climb very high and glide in for a landing. It will also take off on its own from any flat, hard surface, like a street or driveway. I'm going to have to buy another one, the granddaughter launched to far that it ended up on top of the house across the street, which is unoccupied at the moment. Then it snowed, so if it ever comes down, I doubt it will work anymore.

Little electric foamie
This was fun to play with for a little with my kids. I'm into RC stuff, but most of that stuff is a bit expensive for the kids to mess with. This was a happy medium as their attention span is only 30 seconds. The plane survived a few rounds with my kids.

Fun in the sky
The media could not be loaded. This was easy to assemble and charge to fly. I recommend helping the young one's to put it together. I was worried about the led strip covering the c port but it did not so don't worry about that. I put a small piece of packing tape over the nose and wing edge to help with impacts. This has always helped in the past with my other Styrofoam planes. To get it to do tricks you need to cut and adjust the flaps. There are 2 settings of time it will fly for. The way you get to the first setting is just a quick press motor spends up and will last about 15 seconds. The next is a long press To start it and it will then spin up the props And last about 25 seconds. I like the leds stay on after the landing to help find it. The charge last for longer than we can play with it.Great toy lots of fun. Wish i had this on my Styrofoam planes when i was little but I can play with it now. Yeah! Great toy and fun for the cost.

My grandson loves these things
My grandson flys them in the back yard, off the balcony. He has so much fun and it's great exercise. The motor and prop add a new detention. The motor doesn't last long but it does a lot further. Great fun for not much money, PLUS still great exercise.
