The product comes in a good quality bottle which is easy to identify in the cupboard. I think these are a great price for the amount of collagen included and I can definitely see a difference in my skin and hip joint pain. I was very sceptical about Collagen supplements. There are so many varieties and different ways to take it. I can't stand the liquid satchets or powders so I researched what was in those and found this tablet form that has the same ingredients and dosage. My joints have made a massive improvement. I am perimenopausal and had a frozen shoulder about a year ago and my knees were so bad that I really thought that surgery would be the only way forward. I started taking these in March 25 (along with introducing gentle exercise), and it took about 10 weeks before I really noticed them working. For me they feel like a miracle tablet.
