Phone arrived in brand new condition was stated as excellent refurbished but I can't see a single flaw anywhere. I purchased this phone as an upgrade for my Samsung note 10 plus this phone is noticeably faster with an improved battery life over my previous phone. As an added bonus the seller has put on a screen protector and a case brilliant 👏 and it was an unbeatable price. One big upside for this phone is although mine is the 128gb version you can expand the storage with an SD card a feature now removed from the newer samsung S series. This phone is a looker finished in bronze and I can highly recommend this phone.

The media could not be loaded. It arrived on time. There are no marks or scratches. It works perfect. The battery is not excellent since it’s a used phone. Overall the phone is perfect

My new phone arrived the next day after I ordered it , several days earlier than what was stated on the order confirmation, so I was very pleased with that. The phone itself looks positively new, not a scratch or anything to indicate that this is second hand, except that it was not in its original packaging, but very carefully packed. It came with a charger cable and plug. I am still getting acquainted with it, but so far I am delighted. The seller also included a reassuring note which I gratefully appreciated - it's always the little touches I believe, that make the difference.

I was concerned about ordering a refurbished phone but as new phones are expensive I thought I would give it a go.I have upgraded from a Note 8.I have been using this phone for a while now and am still getting used to it. I owned my Note 8 for 5 years and knew how to use the things I needed to with ease.I am finding the new software challenging but I'm getting there. I do hate change but the old phone died.The phone itself arrives in an unbranded box along with a charger and a sim removal tool. I was really impressed by this alone but the quality of the phone itself was like new. I still cannot find any scratches or marks.I use the pen a lot which was the major deciding factor in the purchase of a phone as well as the larger screen.The battery life lasts me well but then I am not a heavy user.I would definitely recommend the phone as well as this seller.

Amazing, Like anyone buying second hand (renewed) i was expecting a few scratches or blemishes here and there, but wow I'm amazed. It looks like a brand new phone and cant find ANYTHING wrong with it. Works perfectly. Came with a Charger and a SIM card pin for ease, and with protective screen and back film plastic. Hopefully lasts a decent amount of time before any issues occur.Fast and prompt delivery - came on the day that was scheduled.If this turns out lasting me a few years I'm not sure if ill buy a brand new phone again..

Bought as a Christmas present for my mother in law. The phone has just been returned because it does not have the slot for the chip.

It's an amazing steal of a price for what is essentially a top of the range phone from not that long ago.Mine arrived quickly and I expected to see a very nice condition phone but not literally a brand new device!I also discovered mine was a USA market manufacturing model and this is a great thing as it's got the snap dragon chip which is faster.No issues whatsoever a perfect phone a thumbs up from me for Amazon renewed - go for it and stop paying massive contracts etc
