Strong an useful

Have used these for a couple of weeks now and I'm very happy with them. Good variety of strengths and they seem quite sturdy so far. All come in a handy bag.

I was worried at first that this would be a waste of my money as I might not use them at all. At first it was difficult to implement them into my training however after watching a few videos on YouTube I was confident that I could use them effectively.When I bought these I could not do a single pull-up. Cut to now, only a month or so later, I can comfortably do sets of 5 and have noticed a considerable change to my lats.Aside from their use being exceptional, they look and feel very professional, upon receiving the package I felt like I was getting my money’s worth. They are very high quality and I do not regret buying them one bit.I cannot recommend these enough to weight/resistance training beginners but could not comment on their use for more advanced athletes.

For the money you can do some many different exercises. It gives a booklet of a few but you can also research or if your creative just make your own up. If you'd like to work out at home or anywhere and can bring weights it don't have any. This product is a highly recommend.

One item - the band with highest resistance arrived damaged - large slit in the plastic material . To be clear the happened during manufacture or at the sellers factory as the box was not damaged but it’s obvious and should have been picked up on by the manufactures

I bought 4 years ago exactly same bands, they were absolutely top notch, ( unfortunately one of them the yellow one just snapped the other day , my favourite one ) they changed the material, so plastic! Hate it absolutely! I want the 4 years ago material back ! So upset over it !

Five stars for the quality and customer service. The bands are well made and probably will last a while.We both work out with weights and resistance bands regularly. We tried them and found them too rigid and the resistance too much for us. I have used thera bands in physical therapy and have other bands with handles. I can't speak to how well they work, since for me, they have too much resistance.

Bands are great and holding up well, purchased them several months ago and they have maintained their integrity, using them several times per week
