I like fresh pepper. I moved past the tins. I have whole peppercorns for grinding, I also have coarse ground pepper in a bottle for cooking and for my son. and for my breakfast eggs I use this fine ground. Its delish and because it says Himalayan I get to think of a friend from Denver who introduced me to all things Kathmandu even her son's Pop star emergence in Nepali music. Well that was all ages ago...but its nice to remember.

As a self-proclaimed foodie, I'm always on the hunt for the next best thing to add to my kitchen. When I saw the Salt with Chipotle Grinder, I knew I had to give it a try.First off, let me start by saying that the grinder itself is very nice. It's easy to handle, and the container makes it easy to see when it's time for a refill. The grinding mechanism works well, and the pink salt with chipotle blend inside smells and looks delicious.However, when I received the grinder, it wasn't the same as the one pictured on the Amazon listing -- this is why I'm removing a star from my review. The one in the picture is a little taller than mine, and the one I received is made totally of clear plastic, instead of the large glass one that is pictured. I know it might seem like a small detail, but I value accuracy and honesty in my online purchases. Just a heads up if/when you order this.But let's talk about the salt blend itself. It's the perfect mix of saltiness and spice, and the chipotle flavor adds a nice smokiness to any dish. I've used it on everything from grilled chicken to roasted vegetables, and it always adds the perfect touch of flavor.I appreciate that this salt blend is made with all-natural ingredients, and it's great to have the option of grinding fresh salt and spices onto my food. I had never really considered this particular blend of seasonings together in a grinder before, so I'm happy with how it came out.Overall, I would recommend this salt grinder to anyone looking to spice up their meals. I've used this brand & flavor combo for years! It transforms meats & soups to a higher level. I don't think I could cook most of my dishes with confidence if I didn't have it.

Love this black pepper powder. Fresh with intense pepper flavor. So good on baked potatoes. Nice size jar will last a while. Good price for organic. Will definitely re-purchase.

The pepper arrived quickly... Smells and tastes very fresh! Please take note that is a very fine grind, almost a "powder." I'm glad I purchased it. :)

Bought this to match the salt grinder I have by the same brand. Within a few seconds of trying to use this for the first time the black disk in the center popped out. I put it back in multiple times but it kept popping back out as soon as I tried grinding it again. It is impossible for the mechanism to work without this piece so this product has been completely useless from the start. The salt grinder by this same company has worked flawlessly for years now, it looks like they've changed the shape of the black ring slightly, for the worse. Complete waste of money, do not buy.

The grinder doesn’t work as one will expect it to be. Producer should work on the improvements. It’s a disappointment having such nice presentation of a product and yet does not serve the basic purpose of a grinder. No more repeats from me.
