My neighbour recommended this product to me, he gave me a fewtablets to try and I was very pleased so I bought the whole packI never leave reviews, but this product deserves positive feedbackbecause it has improved my life. If I could give 10 stars, I wouldI tried valerian pills a few times before from another brand and itdidn't help me but these pills are so much better than the onesI've tried beforeIt's been a couple of weeks since I started taking Vitasleep tabletsand I am very happy with this product.I had some problems in my life and I had really bad anxiety, Icouldn't sleep even when I was tired, and when I did fall asleep Iwoke up in the middle of the night and the next day I was tiredand sleepy which affected my work.The first day after I started taking these tablets I felt a bigdifference, I take a little more tablets than recommended becauseI have really bad anxiety and I think I need a higher dose, butsomeone else may be fine with a lower dose, everyone is different.These tablets have a strong smell, but I read somewhere that itmeans good quality of valerian, for me it's not a problem. I highlyrecommend this product . This product is a game changer for me!Thank you

My sleep has been amazing I have been using awhile. I recommend using during the evening you can use valerian for anxiety but it will make you very sleepy so its definitely not a day supplement. I usually take 4 capsules 2 after dinner and 2 right before I go to sleep. Only side effect I had when I started taking valerian root was the lucid/vivid dreams it can give you very detailed dreams so be careful! luckily none of the dreams where nightmares.

A close relative suffered insomnia to such an extent that it significantly impacted quality of life. Other tablets had been tried with limited success, these did the job and are transformational, giving a full night's sleep every night.

Makes the day brighter.

Unfortunately these sleep aid tablets did not work for me, I took 2 per night over 4 nights and if anything, they made my sleep worse! However I accept we're all different and they may work for others?

Great product

I have poor quality sleep due to fibromyalgia. When it take one of these before bed, I sleep more deeply and feel a bit better.I think they are a good strength and good value.I couldn't see a gluten free label on the packet, but the description above says they are gluten free, so should be OK for celiacs and people with gluten sensitivity.

I've tried other valerian products but these seem to work better. I take 2 an hour before bed.
