There was nothing wrong with the seller they are fine and dandy, The figure from Hasbro was loose and had marks on the figure that shouldn't be there, Although the item was said to be new there was damage to the box, either that could be age or it was just damaged, either way i would recommend the seller but not the Hasbro products

The skirt plastic could be softer. The shoulder piece could be softer. Then we can get better articulations out of it.
