Q: I wear a size 6 shoe. Would medium be the size to buy?

I wear a 6-6.5 and I bought a small. It fits, but there's not much room at the toe. The small shoe is 9.5 inches long. But with the rounded toe, that makes the part where your big toe goes only 9 inches.

Q: I wear a women's size 7.5 shoe. Would a women's medium be the best fit? Some reviewers mentioned sizing is off.

I wear an 8.5 shoe and I ordered a medium when a large would have been better.

Q: Does this shoe have any arch support?

I just went and looked and mine does.... what I would call normal for a shoe, it's not flat.
