Great value for money - far more versatile and convenient than weights - easy to use in the house. Cannot fault the quality of these - the only negative is the booklet advises around only 6 months of general use (3 months for professional)...but don't know if this is correct. Came in it's own handy little bag too.

I must say, these are brilliant. Lockdown has seen everyone, including myself, looking for alternative ways to exercise. I bought these way before the pandemic and hardly used them, but with the gyms shutting, the have been a God send. I highly recommend these bands. Great quality, easy to set up and comes with a carry bag, exercise suggestions and straps for your legs so you don't miss leg day either!

Ordered this fully expecting a cheap-ass piece of plastic to arrive 2 weeks late. In fact, 3 days later I received a very high-quality piece of kit with all the bells and whistles... The kit consists of 5 latex resistance ropes with metal carabiners securely fixed to each end. You also get 4 resistance loops, 2 handles and ankle braces that feel like they've come straight out of a commercial gym, and a foam door fixture. The packaging is legit and fills you with confidence. Been using them for a couple of days now and with proper care and attention they should hopefully last quite a while. It's important to note that the stated product lifetime is 6 months for personal use, so if any of the ropes snap at that point they'll have served their purpose well. Bear in mind that latex is pretty durable but it's not bulletproof! Keep the ropes away from sharp objects... don't go wrapping them around a tree in the garden because they'll fray and you'll end up with a special edition black eye. They'll take some fair punishment but don't take the p*ss... remember they're not quite the steel cables you'll find in the gym. tl;dr: Great quality product, tad expensive but worth the money to keep your hard-earned gains during quarantine. Do slow negatives for high reps and it'll burn like hell. I'll report back if one of the ropes snaps and sparks me out.

I think this set is great, I use them regularly. They are really useful for preforming exercises that I don't have free weights for. It's like having gym equipment at home. Quality made and the customer service is really good, as I have been in contact to ask when more sets are coming in stock.

Bands not suitable to use on legs. Band rolls and cuts into legs, so unable to use these for the purpose of the purchase. Pull weights are awesome!

Hello, The blue band broke after I’ve been using it only for a couple weeks, I wonder if I can get it replaced???

I have bought theses bands to help with my rehabilitation to gain strength and flexibility after surgery. I have to say the versatility of the bands is excellent with a clear to follow pictorial guide complete with the kit to assist you. I have only been using them for a brief period but they seem to be up to the challenge and hopefully will last a long time. All bands are colour coded and clearly marked the band strength marked on them in pounds and kilos .The comprehensive starter kit comes all stored in a handy storage bag , extra exercises can be found online to cater from beginner to professional athlete.

Bought to add to my gym to help strengthen my rotator cuff and their working great. Seem good quality and reasonably priced. Thank you Amazon.

This is really a rather lovely resistance bands set. I brought Friday and it came on Sunday. The delivery is very fast and the package is packed well. I cannot wait to open the package!!! The resistance bands have 5 tube bands and 4 loop bands. Each band is labeled with its corresponding weight equivalent. This is really a nice touch especially when logging in your workouts. The 5 tube bands are: yellow- 5 lbs., blue- 10 lbs., green- 15 lbs., black- 20 lbs., red- 25 lbs., with total resistance weight of 75 Lbs. Thus you can adjust the intensity of your bands to suit personal goals of different weight. The 4 loop bands are easy and convenient to keep with. There is the carry bag and exercise guidance, thus you can put the bands together and can do exercise and gym with the bands everywhere, at home, at the park, at gym, etc. At last, the door strap, very thick and I feel safe when using the bands. Everything fits so perfect together Very heavy duty not just foam like the other brands but rather plastic with a foam grip. The bands are actually challenging love that it comes with the accessories helps to be able to do full body workouts. This Odoland resistance bands really worth the price and I am rather satisfied with this product. It is really a great tool to have in the gym and to do exercise to keep fit and healthy~~

Perfect for rehab and exercise

Je viens seulement de deballer le colis donc c'est un commentaire de premières impressions: Très bonne qualité perçue, mousqueton très robustes contrairement à d'autres revendeurs. Les cordes elastiques sont confectionnées de manières robustes et résistantes à la traction (Apres un essai rapide, agréablement surpris de la force résistante pourtant je suis assez puissant et je fais 90 kilos). Les bandes plates elastiques sont top aussi meme si je vais moins les utiliser. Si à l'utilisation je m'aperçois d'un vice de fabrication je mettrai à jour le commentaire...
