These are literally the size of an ink pen and are cheap junk. There is no loop to put over your shoulder. You have two pieces of elastic to tie together. The whole thing is ratty garbage.

These are more like parrot looking parakeets in size. Re-looking at the pic Insee that maybe I didn’t looks as closely as I should have so I didn’t return but they are small and pitiful.

These can be challenging to attach (you need safety pins), however they look great.

No where would these birds be 10 in. Not even counting the tail feathers. I'll be returing. Looks more like a parakeet and about that size. I'll be returning.

I sent this back because it didn’t sit on my shoulder and stay upward.

One of the two is already broken. Well not completely broken, it’s glued to the rubber elastic you’re supposed to put in your arm and it got detached. Not great for toddlers
