Very frustrating.** A: The 115115 HEPA replacement filter will fit the WAC9500 unit if you first remove the complete original filter cartridge that came with the 9500. Insert the 115115 filter into the unit fist (where the cartridge used to be) and then insert one of the black carbon filters so that the black carbon filter is facing the front of the unit and is on top.
