Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Raphael Costume, Large

I was concerned about the price of the product but bought it because my son (7 years old) is a huge TMNT fan. I was wary about the size of it because he is very tall for his age and generally had to wear size 12/13 clothes (he is about four feet 8). The service from the supplier is excellent and therefore this review is solely for the product. The material is quite thin and I think it may rip quite easily. the mask is solid and sturdy and already my son has complained that it is uncomfortable to wear for prolonged periods but I suppose every child is different. The Velcro straps that hold the shell on the back are quite small and won't hold much weight (should you chose to stuff the "shell" as directed), if your child wants to wear the shell for any length of time, I would leave it unstuffed because I don't think it will stay on for long otherwise. I would say that all in all I made the right decision with buying the LARGE for my seven year old. I feel that the smaller size would be far too small and tight on him otherwise so take your child's height and build into consideration before purchasing the generic age size. This is a good product overall but am not convinced about the price.

Fantastic costume. Kids loved it the fit is perfect if not a little on the big side so will last them a long time.

My son didn’t even have it on for an hour and this started happening not worth the money

The material was very poor quality for the price paid over £25. My son only worn it once for their school non uniform costume day and it had ripped when he arrived home from school. The sizes are also not EU Sizes but American so parents should be aware when buying as I had to return a previous order bought. Although it was the correct clothing size between 5-7 my son wear it was big for him so reorder a size down. The mask was also too big on my sons face.

Very poor quality. This costume hasn't even been on a cople of hours. Wouldn't recommend.
