Amazing!
I have suffered from dry skin on my scalp for such a long time and have really struggled getting rid of it. This stuff got rid of it in 3 days! I was slightly worried that it might make my hair greasy but it doesn’t!

Divine!
I have had the chance to try out most of the products from Kerastase's new line Symboise (excluding the oily shampoo treatment), which is a range of hair products that work against dandruff and hydrate the hair and scalp. I decided to try out the products from this line in order as shown in the product image so I could get the best results. The final stage of treatment is this intensive hair serum to be used overnight. The product page states to use four pipettes per usage but the serum goes a long way so I can work with two with no problem (allowing it to last twice as long). The smell isn't my favourite out of the line but isn't unpleasant or overly strong. It massages in well and doesn't leave the hair greasy like other serums have done to my hair in the past. I feel like this will be the product to last a good amount of time out of the line as not much is needed at all and I apply every 2-3 days. The results of a month of using these products together are amazing, my hair truly feels healthier, cleaner and softer. I have had issues with dry scalp and dandruff which went away pretty quickly but have also stayed away. Kerastase comes with a premium price tag, but the quality of the products is next to none it seems.

I like it - compared with the other over the counter treatments I rate this as one of the best
Kérastase, Intensive Anti-Dandruff Cellular Night Hair SerumScalp psoriasis can be difficult to treat - and even if mild, the itching symptoms can be miserable. Always consider it if you think you have dandruff but it isn't controlled by the right shampoos. It may take time to find a treatment that works well because everyone responds differently to treatments. However, there are two main over-the-counter products. As NICE says I=on the NHS website - "The two active ingredients that you should look for in OTC products are salicylic acid and tar (either coal or wood tar)."This Kérastase, Intensive Anti-Dandruff Cellular Night Hair Serum product has salicylic acid as the active ingredient. Salicylic acid works to soften plaques and scales and remove scales from the skin.I found✅ the smell was OK - way better than most coal tar products✅ the packaging looked good - a lot of products for this make you want to hide them away in the bathroom but this looks like a high-end cosmetic, which is a nice thought✅ the serum is packed in a glass bottle with a rubber bulb dropper in the top so that you get the correct amount for each treatment. This is critical to follow the recommended dosing pattern✅ After 3 doses a week for three weeks you drop down to once every 3 weeks✅ it takes time to get it rubbed in to the right areas - a helpful partner makes a big difference here.👎🏻 - remember that some people react badly to salicylic acid - which is just topical aspirin. So start with a small patch test are and work up.👎🏻 - read the instructions carefully - and I rate the NHS "NICE" website advice as useful too - there are limits to how much to use and for how long that should be followed and not everyone reacts well. If you are aspirin allergic - don't use this!👎🏻 - it's costly♥️ CONCLUSION: I like it - compared with the other over the counter treatments I rate this as one of the best cosmetically --- but then it comes at a special price! Now if it works - and I can keep my scalp happy on a small dose each 3 weeks, then I think this could be worth it! I'll be back with a longer term review in the months ahead....so rated 4-star for nowUPDATED - after a month of use it has worked well. My usual "rescue" of the coal-tar smelling neutrogena has only had to be used once - so I rate this as a success.

It worked on my dad!
Kérastase Intensive Anti-Dandruff Cellular Night Hair Serum worked for my dad and helped with his dandruff-prone scalp. This serum is specifically designed to address the needs of those with sensitive, dandruff-prone scalps, and it is free from harsh ingredients such as sulphates and silicones. I was a little sceptic about it but after few applications I actually saw a massive improvement and we've tried all the top rated shampoos. What sets this product apart is that it is a night serum, which means it can work while you sleep to help soothe and balance the scalp. It is formulated with a blend of active ingredients that work together to target dandruff, reduce inflammation, and restore the scalp's natural balance. Some of the key ingredients include LHA, salicylic acid, and piroctone olamine. One of the benefits of using this serum is that it leaves hair feeling soft and smooth. Unlike some anti-dandruff products, it doesn't leave hair feeling dry or stripped of moisture. It is also easy to use, simply apply the serum to the scalp before bed and leave it on overnight.Overall, I would highly recommend Kérastase Intensive Anti-Dandruff Cellular Night Hair Serum to anyone who is looking for an effective and gentle solution to dandruff. It is a great option for those with sensitive scalps, and it can help to restore the health of both the scalp and hair.
