Q: is this water proof glued so i can hang outside

I would say no. I have mine hanging outside on the patio but it's under an eave, so far so good. This piece is better looking in person than I anticipated it would be.

Sorry this took so long - I was traveling. The sun's face is about 4.5 inches across. With the rays it is 11 inches across. So it is smallish. It is very bright and nice quality.

about 11 inches...it says so in the description.

Q: Is there a hanger one the back of this art piece?

Yes - it's a little metal chain. But I've set mine down on my glass-top coffee table in my "sun" room, where it looks just fine!
