The Last Husband (Forever Love Book 2)

Great sequel a must read series.
We are back with Lucky and Zane for more of their life. They are so in love with each other, it is a genuine love, one built on their love and not sex. Not that sex isn't important to a relationship. Some things have settled down since the last book. Other are up in the air and i am suspecting that there is so much more to come. Nothing is easily come by and anything worth its salt is worth fighting for.I do love the writing style, love how again the words just flow. Its easy, relaxed nature. Not that the book is lacking in any way, shape or form. Some books on here are really only a chapter maybe two or novella, which i am not saying is bad but it can be frustrating and costly, not with this series, it is more, much more. It doesn't heavily relay on sex or sexual scenes.I am awaiting the next in the series and will be looking for other books by this author. I genuinely think the author is one to watch out for.

super sweet book
What a sweet book. Lots of ups and downs for this couple to deal with. Lucky lost her parents & was dumped by her boyfriend. Then she meets Zane who's mother left him as a child & his brother killed himself with drugs. Can the two of them make a relationship work? Zane the guy who thinks he will never love. He is too afraid to let anyone get that close. They are working on this boyfriend girlfriend thing but he is still keeping things from her...Angelique. Will this couple make it through the secrets, even the ones they don't know about?

Great sequel to The Last Boyfriend!!!
If you loved The Last Boyfriend, you'll love The Last Husband that much more! You get a closer look at the relationship between Zane and Lucky now that they're together. I love that this book was written in both Zane and Lucky's point of view (the chapters alternate between the two), so you get to read about each of their love for one another as well as their internal struggles and insecurities. This sequel is also packed with secrets! I thought I was already shocked half way through, but then JS Cooper does it again at the very end, and I'm left speechless!!! And this book doesn't even end in a cliffhanger, so you get your shock and your resolution! No need to wait for months! THANK GOD!If you haven't read this book, don't miss out! This book can be read on its own, but it's best read with the first book, The Last Boyfriend. Can't wait for book 3 Before Lucky!

LOVE!!!!!!!!!
To say I love these characters would be he biggest understatement. I fell in love with Zane and Lucky in The Last Boyfriend and that only got stronger with The Last Husband. The way the characters have developed and grown through this book is just brilliant. I like that Lucky still has reservastions BUT is determined to be with Zane. Now, Zane........sorry had to take a minute there. Zane is just so, so easy to love. He is that adorable dorky guy that every girl wishes she could find all wrapped up in a gorgeous package. He had his moments though. At one stage i was finding myself starting to get a little angry with him and then within a page at the most i'm back to swooning over him. The twist towards the end? WHOAHHHHHHHHH is all i'm saying because I don't want to give anything away BUT just wow. Didn't see it coming. I loved this book so much and have zero reservations in recommending it to anyone along with its predecessor The Last Boyfriend. If it were possible to give this more than 5 stars I most certainly would of!!!!!! Cannot wait to see what else this series has in store for us!!!!!!!!

EHH
This book was a real drag at the beginning. I mean it started off from when the first book ended so for about a good 30% of this book it takes you through the next WHOLE day after Zane and Lucky confesses their love for each other. It gets a little boring, there are conversations in there that I just felt we could've done without then there was just the constant going back and fourth of Zane thinking he wasn't good enough for Lucky and Lucky thinking that Zane didn't love her... it just became a tug of war which is why I thought it was boring. It was just repeated conversations really. And then....The next 30% is about their second WHOLE day... gahhhh!!! Talk about boring overload! I mean there were a few interesting moments there but overall.. it was boring! And Lucky... what is up with her and starting up arguments with Zane infront of people, does this girl have no common sense at all?Overall, the book was OK. After the snail trail that I thought would only last at the beginning of book... but the dragging actually took you right up until the book almost ended. There were a few weird moments and minimal drama inbetween, this book was just EEHH... nothing life changing and I don't think this series is something that would actually stick with me, but hey... each to their own.

Don't pass this series up
Wow, loved both books so much. I loved the writing style because... There were fights but they never walked away without working it out, I mean you didn't have to wait chapters to see they are ok, the style I loved about fifty shades was that you always had both characters talking so much and the book remained about what we wanted the main characters. This book was just like that, we always have Lucky and Zane throughout, we don't have to have sex every other page just feelings between the characters keeps you turning the page. I was hoping there would be spin off books , and we won't be disappointed , hear this you do get a happy ending so don't hold off, this book is very complete and you won't be hanging, there are just two more hot men to enjoy reading about that are introduced in this book .I know some many of us that are very sick of this new waiting game , I didn't read the last boyfriend till right before so no waiting this time for me, just had to start doing this because I'm sick of having to retread books and can't keep track of of all the sequels. Read way to much to know them all anymore. Happy reading and come September I will be looking for her next book.

Fab Second part of series.
This was great, Zane and Lucky are so right for each other, at the beginning I struggled as to why Leo was being introduced to us, he is a really nice guy.Why did Zane keep hiding things from Lucky, he totally underestimated her, and of course didn't think about her feelings when huge spent the evening with Angelique, I was really pleased that she did forgive him, because I was with her crazy friend on that at the time. When in Paris km I had expected a proposal, and if things had been different with his mom then maybe, but how it actually happened well that was lovely. OMG! Noel coming home that was totally unexpected but bloody brilliant. How disappointed were they both when Lucky was not pregnant, but so chuffed for them, can't wait for the next book

great follow up
I think this book is slightly better than the first, the story is a little more in depth and we get some questions answered from the first book. The last Husband kicks straight off where the The last boyfriend left off, i just fell in love with Lucky and Zane so much more in this book.I really loved the fact that the story was told from both Lucky and Zane's POV this time around, The last boyfriend was all Lucky, but i do like books better that are told from both sides. The plot has you gripped from the start.Lucky and Zane over come so many obstacles together, but Zane did get my back up a couple of times when i thought he was being shadey. The way J S Cooper writes the story the events could be bad or good so you kind of dont know whether to think the good of him or the bad, its brilliant. As the story unfolds you let out a huge sigh of relief that it was good! Zane was doing right by Lucky, and i can honestly say im with Zane about Leeza, i did not like her one bit she is down right nasty and so not a good friend. Then the ending comes and there is a huge twist that is so amazing i just loved it a great HEA all around that opens the doors for more book from theses great characters, plus we will be getting more from Zane and Lucky, in Zane and Lucky's first christmas due out in December!

I loved it !!!
It was very good read from the beginning to the end. I liked their journey throughout all the story about the two of them. I loved how they become so close with each other and find their unconditional love . Loved the way the book was written and showed us that if we are patient we can have our happy ending. It is worth it to give it a try , you won't be disappointed.
