Just received heating cable and installed it. Very nice quality. The weather is very warm today so I am unable to test or comment on its function at this time.

Shipped me someone else's return.
I just opened this box due to cold front moving in tonight and the box had been open prior to shipment. The ties around the cable have been cut and laying in box. Looks like this manufacture shipped me a previously return product. So, going to send it back. Don't want someone's problems.

Not working
I purchased this to run down a drain pipe to keep it from freezing. It doesn't even get warm. I have not talked to support yet as been to busy. But, kind of hard to screw up the installation. :) Disappointing.
