Universal for Hisense TV Remote Replacement【2 Pack】

Works well with my Google TV on a Hisense TV and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. You do have to point it directly at the TV since it’s not Bluetooth, and after a few light drops it stopped working, which was disappointing.

Why did I buy this Replacement EN2A27 remote? Because the original Roku remote is for children-size hands and I have arthritis that makes that small Roku remote painful to use. The EN2A27: (1) it does work for power on/off, sound control and mute, all other buttons for the most part go back to Home. The number pad and channel selection does NOT function because there is no Grid button like the Guide button on my Xfinity remote to activate the channel (number pad) selection. (2) any of the two EN2A27 did never work, even after installing more than one Android utility app. I installed the “Remote for Hisense Smart TV” app which shows the exact EN2A27 controller picture during the install. (3) here is my question: the app has 3 easy steps to set you up, but you needed to provide your credit card number to access your content coming from “streaming-now.com” (which is operated by GLONDON LIMITED incorporated 2017 in Cyprus). So why would I broadcast my credit card info around the world to get this remote to work? Buy, install and use at your own risk. I’m back using my original child-size Roku remote together with the Xfinity remote.

This Hisense TV replacement remote worked right out of the box with my TV, so there was no complicated setup required. The buttons are a little less responsive , and it covers all the basic functions I use every day. It's lightweight and comfortable to hold, making it a solid replacement if your original remote is lost or damaged. The only downside is that the build quality feels a little less premium than the original, and the button layout takes some getting used to. Overall, it performs well for the price and is a practical, reliable replacement for most users.

This Hisense TV Replacement Remote 2 - pack is a great deal for $12.99. It works better than the original one, which is now over 5 years old. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is because it didn't come with the voice-activated search button like the original remote has. However, I recommend it to others who have Hisense Smart TVs.

So when you first get it, it works great. You can use the voice feature again after not for however many years it's been now, the buttons respond properly, it's a joy. However, it doesn't last long and now I have a remote that - just like the one that came with the TV, the voice no longer works, I have to press the buttons hard and multiple times, I have to press to scroll back because scrolling twice went five times instead. I have to waste time trying new batteries to no avail. It's so disappointing to sound like my parents by wondering why nothing is made with quality in mind anymore. We had one new remote growing up when they bought a universal. How many am I going to have to buy......

The remote works fine and I like the size, but it uses up batteries very quickly, regardless of the battery brand or capacity. Energizer Max, Amazon Basics, and Duracell batteries all only lasted a few weeks, so there’s something wrong with the remote’s design.

its my 2nd purchase. remotes dont last. maybe 2 remotes every 6months. my recent purchase remote #1 is already starting to not function correctly. Only recommend because its cheap and works for a short bit.

Works great, right out of the packaging. No need to program it. A few buttons are in different spots, so I had to get used to that. The ‘play’ button isn’t between the ‘reverse and fast forward’ buttons, the ‘sleep’ button is. So on my previous remote, without looking, I could ‘fast forward’ and then hit ‘play’ in the same row. Now when I do that, it turns the tv off (sleep button). That was a little frustrating until I got used to it, but not a game changer. It does not have the voice command button either. Good value for the price.

Happily surprised to see the remote working directly with my Sony Bravia KD-65X9000H, Remote RMF-TX500P. Most functions worked including Netflix and Google Play buttons even before pairing with TV. Voice control only worked after pairing.
