Worked a charm! fixed our issues with our garage door gaps along the base
After a lot of searching and consideration we chose this product to attach to the bottom of our garage door. It boiled down to this or a relatively expensive option. Our garage is older and the cement is uneven, and or the door, and there are significant gaps on the outer ends where it meets the pavement/cement where rats and occasionally during very heavy storms, water has gotten in. This product ended up working better than hoped for. At first we weren't sure if the flap would lay properly or buckle but after getting it installed and trimmed (we carefully contour-trimmed where it meets the wood door frame- we found it closed down very well. Could probably do with a tiny bit more finessing on the trim-meet point (very slight buckling may be noted in photo) on the right but it's pretty good and performs as intended. We filled the other end where there was a gap beneath the trim, where someone must have cut out some rot long ago, with some foam pipe insulation. Not going to win better homes awards for appearance if that's a focus but functionality trumps glamor here. We contemplated a while on how large to go with and are very pleased with our ultimate decision which provides enough flap to ensure water etc is deflected. Didn't take too long or present too many challenges to install. Great solution and value as far as we're concerned. (Photos reveal a lot of detritus from recent rains).

Handy item for household use
Good stuff - when we moved our sofas ended up on a wood floor instead of carpet like the last house, and the sofas wanted to slide around on the floor. A few pieces of neoprene between the plastic slide on the leg and the floor stopped that right quick, and they're not noticible.

Neoprene ain't rubber.
In many decades of occasional experience, neoprene is one thing and rubber is another. I would never call neoprene "rubber."

Exactly what I needed
Both this to build a gasket for a car spoiler. It was easy to cut, thickness was perfect and will last long in the weather.

Solid Rubber, not the foam like stuff
Same as described, came short due to ordering to little(my fault) but does the job for my custom fender liner application. Good value for the money.
