This product has been MUCH more effective for me than other gentle/sensitive exfoliant washes, such as CeraVe SA or even First Aid KP scrubs/washes. Make sure to lather it in your palms before applying. It will turn into a white cream. The active ingredient (Urea) has made a huge difference in the softness of my skin, reduced flaking, and generally helps maintain moisture for a much longer period of time. It works so well that my skin is comfortable even if I skip my a daily lotion application, although adding lotions to the routine is certainly a bonus. The smell is just okay. It's not got a lovely smell like you might expect from the addition of green tea, but it's pretty neutral. A bottle also lasts a really long time.
