Personalised christening GODMOTHER thank you mug gift idea - script design

Realllllly like this item, was so pleased, I ended up ordering another so each Godparent had one. Personalisation was an added bonus. Lovely gift.

I have several problems with the mugs that I have received at my front door.I recently had my baby girls who are twins, christened, each had one godmother and one godmother. For godparents overall therefore four mugs with different names needed.First and foremost all mugs were delivered and said for" Amelia" only when I stipulated in the message which mug should read Amelia and which should read for Charlotte. None say Charlotte!! This seller replied with “no problem” when I send the name personalisation instructions!! However, there is a problem as this seller clearly didn’t read their messages carefully enough.Secondly the design is totally different to the advertised photograph!! The image advertised is classy and sophisticated where as the one received is totally different and almost tacky!Thirdly they are over week late!This was a very special day for my twin girls who I always strive to keep as individual people but this seller lazily lumped them together as one child with the same name! Their attention to detail is highly questionable.Since receiving the mugs, I have tried to contact the seller giving them a chance to correct their mistake but I have continued to be ignored.

The cups themselves are lovely.... However the christening on bit at the bottom is missing... my review seems to have been edited by Amazon. ..
