Playback Storage Issue in Camera
I purchased this camera on 13 January 2025. Within about a month, I started facing an issue with the lens. A white spot appeared exactly at the center of the camera view, similar to how vision becomes blurry when wearing glasses immediately after coming from a freezer. However, this white spot did not disappear at all. I contacted customer service, and they advised me to first register the issue online and generate a service ticket before visiting the nearest service center. According to them, direct visits to the service center are not allowed without prior registration, which made the process quite inconvenient. When I reached the service center, they informed me that I would receive a replacement camera, but it would not be a brand-new sealed unit. Instead, I was given a refurbished camera. It was disappointing because I had purchased a new camera, yet within a month I ended up receiving a refurbished product at the price of a new one. Since there was no option for a refund, I had no choice but to accept it. After 2–3 months of using the refurbished camera, I encountered another issue. The camera was not properly storing playback clips on the memory card. I revisited the service center, where they told me that the issue was due to a system update. Currently, the camera stores playback clips randomly, and I have attached screenshots as evidence of these issues. Additionally, the camera sometimes fails to display live view.

You can buy this for product for indoor as well as outdoor security purpose. Gives good quality picture at range of near 10m. You can see real time picture from your Android phone when the camera is connected with wifi.

facing wifi connectivity issue after 3 years
from last 3 years i am using this cctv but from this month i am getting issue to connect my cctv with wifi

This is rong product
Name: CP-E41A The camera is erratic in it’s functioning. There are multiple defects, sometimes with Wifi system, sometimes with recordings, sometimes with no response, sometimes erratic sound. The device keeps going off line frequently, then asks to retry. The whole exercise is a waste of time. I have excellent WiFi signal strength at home all the time. The seller’s customer care phone lines take extremely long time and still mostly there is no response. Seller cannot expect the camera user to carry on doing the R&D for their products to rectify the erratic functioning. The terms of purchase offer only a replacement, and that too within 10 days. But if the products have not been made to good, stable quality, replacing these cameras will not serve any purpose at all because the design and quality control of this camera is not good. The Amazon website says this camera CP-E41A is a Table Top Mount which is not correct. Actually it is a Wall Mount. The description must be corrected by the seller. Overall, it is a very unhappy experience. I would not recommend anyone to buy this camera.
