This product's computerized digital key pad won't work and after only a year the unit won't turn on at all. I am sorry I bought from this company

Gets pretty hot at half strength which is 5. I like that the light is adjustable and you can move it around. It's a flexible handle. The only problem is that if you don't put water at the base , it is pretty wobbly , so you really have to fill it up with water or sand To keep its sturdy. You can get the whole body in. I gave it four stars because of the unsturdiness.

Bought on July 16, started using it right away when it arrived. I turned it on and off via the remote. This week I turned it off using the buttons on the base. First time I used the buttons on the base. Completely stopped working. Lasted me just over 4 months. I had hoped for better!!

The remote does not work

Although It didn't come with the remote control that I requested after purchase...which was a real struggle Because I just had major surgery...it really does the job of giving heat in a cold bathroom after showering and relief of muscle tissue and scars after surgery and treatment...a true healing device...it's just that you have to find it's balance by putting sand or water in the base so it doesn't fall on your head or body...SMH...but like I said it does the job

After about 3 months the light completely stopped working. Since it’s outside the return window, there was no one to contact for support or troubleshooting. I don’t recommend buying this product!
