Works like a charm. My husband loves the steam cleaning option! Grates get thoroughly cleaned after every use. Two different options to scrape the leftover food off with. I highly recommend you throw away all those wire brushes that leaves dangerous pieces of wire behind that can be consumed without your knowledge and go with this. Sturdy and well made but easy to handle.

Like others have said, this is well designed, and made. It is safe because there are no bristles to worry about ending up in your Food. Others have said that it does not clean the Grooves well on the Grill, but it will, but this is where it takes more work, and also helps to dip in Water. My Grill is not supposed to be cleaned while Hot, but the long handle still makes it easier to use, even though I don't have to worry about Heat and Hands.

This is an amazing grill cleaner. Bristle free means no loose wire bristles go into your grill. It is very sturdy and easy to clean. It cleans the grill well without damaging it. Highly recommend.

Works but not that great, very hard to use

This grillaholics a grill brush is very durable. It is bristle free and has metal coils that are extremely sturdy and substantial to clean your grill grates! Working well so far to get rid of those stubborn spots.

I dip in water then scrub hot grates. Cleans the grates nicely.

This is the best bristle free brush I have purchased so far. The only thing that could be improved is the scraper, which would be easier to use if it had grooves in it, but still a great product.

Having used wire brushes on bbqs for years I found a bristle came dislodged on the grill rack, leading me to look for a bristle free alternative.This brush is quiet hefty and wide making short work of scrubbing the whole bbq, it’s not as effective as bristle brushes but I am confident no parts will fall off this brush and if it somehow did they would be quite large and obvious, making me feel a lot less likely to ingest unwanted metal parts.One tip is to dampen the brush coils before scrubbing a grill, the head fits perfectly inside a standard rectangle takeaway tub, this improved the cleaning, still not as good as bristles but a close enough compromise for food safety in my opinion
