Great stretch and positioning
I wasn't sure if this was worth it - but I was in pain and thought it was worth a try. It really was amazing how just a moment or two on this really stretched my neck to feel so much better. I was suffering severe neck pain and TMJ pain, and this was a relief for sure. I have sense learned a lot about my neck position while working on computer and even sitting to relax, and made better choices of other stretching that makes this a little less necessary, but I am grateful to have it to help stretch when necessary. Worth the money to relieve the pain.
