Wouldn't think so ... This stuff is great for what it does but it is made to remain flexible and not set "hard". It's use is for gaps so it moves with the wall etc rather than a dry mix which tends to fall out apply it and wipe off excess with damp sponge under normal uses

Can it be used around plug sockets

Hi, there shouldn't be any issues with using this around the outside of the sockets.

I am confused by the reviews. is it possible to sand this product and if so, how long do i wait after applying before i sand? thanks

Although it says it dries, it means it's semi solid and flexible. Cannot be sanded as tooo soft for that. Try Polyfilla.
