This screen worked out great! I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on new screens especially because I have cats and they would just be able to ruin them again. Pros: the directions were clear. Screen appears to be high quality. Resistant to cat scratching. Came with the roller and scissors. Cons: the rubber kept coming out and seems to not be thick enough to hold the thicker screen in its spot. I had to use some glue as I was worried that my cats would push it out and fall out of my second story window. I do wish the rubber was wider and or stiffer so that it would be strong enough to hold the thicker screen. It also would have been nice is the kit came with a razor so that the screen could be cut closer to the edge.For the money though its value is great. Next time I do plan to get it rolled. The creases still have not relaxed and it’s been about 1 week since it was installed.

I needed a stronger screen mesh - I was tired of always having to replace. This is a good screen at a good price, and ships FAST.The spline was the wrong size, so I reused the old one. The spline tool is too big and was worthless, but I had one already. The pick and the scissors were a nice treat.I unfolded the screen and set it out in the sun for an hour before I installed. This cut down on the fold marks showing. The rest of the creases went away in a couple of hours after I installed.I am very pleased with this purchase and will be buying more for my other screen doors.

Way sturdier than the original on my travel trailer and so easy to replace! It came with everything I needed for replacement.I gave it 4 starts because I haven't gone camping and have my dog test it! HahaBut I do recommend it!

My cat kept tearing holes in the screens of our screened in room. We ordered this to see if it would fix the problem and it did. The material is definitely pet proof. He is no longer able to make holes. Came with all the tools which made installation a breeze. It's worth the price.

Knew this would not come rolled up in tube. Youd get it folded approx. foot by foot square in a box along with tools dangling around. No damage to the screen luckily.Didnt like the price but wanted rigid screen and so tools I'm left with after installation, mainly scissors partially compensate for it in my mind. - I use razor blades at the very end anyway, cant imagine using scissors to cut the rest off.Installation with creased up netting of this rigidity is very very tedious, not mentioning the dismay of metal tool for spline cutting the screen inwards at four random spots of a sliding door frame, half to an inch cuts in length (when you hear that noise, your brain tells you theres cutting going on, to inspect and see the damage is upsetting, questioning what kind of cheap material this really is) meaning the whole purpose of the netting basically nullified if not for having epoxy glue on hand to patch it up right away in order to prevent future tear since two cuts happened at the bottom where it's supposed to guard from pets.Why not providing nylon tool since based off other reviews stating the same, it's a very well known issue with this item?Worst part was testing on contact with cigarette on leftover pieces, this material definitely does not deal well with fire, gets destroyed in a split of a second as opposed to standard nylon mesh that can withstand very brief accidental not so serious pressed bump, this one here would hole up instantly, I dare to say even before actual contact of amber. Description states "made from the best vinyl coated steel wire not metal like traditional screen materials" Absolute rubbish statement! -Try the fire test on spare material and see if you're left with anything metal from this screen!I thought this would have at least some kind of fire retardant infused in itself but theres nothing at all, I expect it to last 2 maybe three seasons before itll start falling apart on its own but am hoping im wrong here.Day 2 and creases seem to even out as installation stretches it if you positioned it tight prior to installation which may be impossible with all the creasing, though its starting to look better as opposed right after installation, 90% improvements in looks. Though it uncovered one huge uneven wave (thanks to larger cut and me trying to remedy it by reinstalling the section by tightening upper half more so the longest cut be slid in the guide rail pressed with provided spline.In summary, way tougher to install than standard ones bought at local stores, way easier to damage by sharp item, flame, openings are definitely larger, even if by a tiny bit - you can see it with a naked eye so am curious how well it guards from different kinds of insect elements, not just flying ones. Not happy with it, for the price, could of just go with local store which would accept return if cut, which of course would not happen.

Great price and great quality! Easy to install but you do have to apply some pressure using the rolling tool so make sure your wrist is ready for it :) Definitely durable because I missed a couple of times with the rolling tool and it didn't even leave a mark in the screen. The screen looks great in the window. Even though it is darker in color it is no different looking in or out of it than my old screen. The wrinkles from it being folded came right out after installing it. I would recommend this kit as it has everything you need.

I bought this pet proof screen door replacement kit, because my cats had scratched holes in my screen door. This came packaged really nicely. Inside the package were all of the tools I needed to get the job done. The only thing I needed from my tools was a screwdriver to loosen the screen door from the track. It took me about an hour from start to finish. The screen looks great! It does come folded, so there will be creases in the screen, but once it is installed, it will smooth out. I ended up with enough screen left over to do a window screen. I am happy with the purchase!
