Q: Is the button operation sensitive?

As with all ear pods the buttons are tricky to work and generally speaking the instructions leave a lot to be desired. Maybe because I’m old I find the button(s) to control volume, answer a call, etc. I use strictly for music so once I get the settings where I want them I try not to ever touch again

Q: How do I connect to my phone?

Pairing instructions are included are easy to follow. Connects through Bluetooth just as any other wireless device.
